Patient Advice And Liaison Service

As part of the changes to the NHS as brought about by the NHS Health & Social Care Act, Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) ceased to exist on 31.3.13. Their responsibilities were taken over by NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS England.

Therefore Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) can no longer be accessed via Berkshire East or Berkshire West PCTs.
