Freedom of Information
As part of the changes to the NHS brought about by the NHS Health & Social Care Act 2012, Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) ceased to exist on 31 March 2013. Their responsibilities were taken over by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and NHS England.
Therefore requests under the FOI Act can no longer be made to Berkshire East or Berkshire West PCTs.
